Copy mac settings from one mac to another

Notes on re-set of apache/mysql/php on mac




start with
1. /etc/apache/httpd.conf
2. /etc/apache/extra/httpd-vhosts.conf
3. check /etc/apache/ to see that config files have come across
4. enable php in httpd.conf
5. check hosts file
6. copy /etc/php.ini across
7. copy across mysql db
